This is an extremely unprofessional company. When they were soliciting our business, they made all kinds of claims and promises, almost none of which were honored. The only thing positive I can say about this company is that the pool looked nice almost every time they cleaned it. Unfortunately, the positives end there. The owner, doesn't return phone calls or emails. Neglect by the technicians resulted in a broken drain hose that was only about 4 months old and a broken spray nozzle handle. (They didn't tell us they broke it, we found it as soon as they left.) We travel a lot and we had been promised a picture of the pool every time it was cleaned. Not only did we NOT get pictures even after repeated requests for them, but one of the pictures they sent was not even our pool! In addition, during the 5 months that they serviced our pool, the chlorine level was in the proper range only once. I have emails, pictures and service records to substantiate our claims.
