HDC Rent a Car

They scammed me, began when I rented a car, they told me to do it outside of rentalcars, they charged my card 1000 USD two weeks later, saying that the car had been damaged. I keep fighting with the bank to try to get my money back

Avoid unless you want to be charged twice or more the quoted hire amount.
Been charged 2 insurances ,also beware of money making tolls.
Scamcompany at best

Me recomendaron rentar el carro en HDC rent a car. El servicio es excelente. El trato de Will, José y Elio fue muycordial y amable. El auto que me dieron fue un lujo y a la hora de devolverlo, fueron tan amables que nos llevaron en el mismo auto con las maletas hasta nuestra aerolínea.
Los recomiendo, sin duda es una compañía muy superior a todas.
Volveré a Miami y rentaré mi carro en HDC.

I rented a vehicle at the HDC RENT A CAR company on February 3, 8, after they charged my card 60.45 dollars, explaining that this amount is for having passed through tolls, I asked to send me the toll invoices on the days that I rented the car, because I have a GPS that is configured not to pass through the tolls, and to date they do not send me these invoices and they just sent me via wssp an image where the amount of 60.45 dollars is but written with a pen, I did not think correct the support of said collection and they replied that I can complain anywhere, I have the audios and the messages of wssp that are proof that what I am writing is true, this Venezuelan company takes advantage of the fact that we are tourists and that we cannot stay in this country to make claims since we come to do tourism. Every time I write or call, they don't answer me and they tell me that payment has already been billed and I complain anywhere.
