To whom it may concern,Hd Hookups has tired several times to contact client to get this issue resolvedClient has stopped payment on check given to our companyIt's clear to us that she's is trying to take advantage of Revdex.com in order to not pay for the work provided and completeHD hookups will start the collection process this week if client does not respond to our messagesHD Hookups is open for discussing and resolving any issues if any to the service provided

Is anyone from Revdex.com actually review those conversation? HD Hookups has proposed several resolutions on this matterPlease review previous conversationsCustomer has denied all the attemptsWe submitted her stooped payment to a collection agency which will handle it

Here are the facts.-We completed a service for Ms [redacted] on 03-15-in the amount of $(see invoice)Customer states that the she paid $for the work which is not accurateCustomer signed the invoice stating the the service was completed to her satisfaction (see invoice).- On Saturday the 14th in the afternoon, Ms [redacted] contact our office and stated that the power the we installed was going on and offAs you can see on the invoice we DID NOT install any power outlets nor charged for this serviceEven in that case we offer to come back at not charge on Monday the 16th (see images from text exchanged between our company and Ms***).- Customer demanded that we pay her $per hour while we are at her house (see text image attached).- We have called and text the customer on Sunday Tuesday and Wednesday and we did not get any response (see images attached).- We are still available to come back at no charge as discussed but seems that Ms [redacted] wants somethings else from this.Please Revdex.com, help us understand what we can do for Ms [redacted] so we can get this resolvedThank you, [redacted] - 858-699-3235HD Hookups

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowMr [redacted] , was unprofessional in his conversation with me regarding his company’s botched installation, Mr [redacted] stated that his company does not service customers on weekends ( a big lie), Must people such as myself work during the week and if I have to take time off from work for someone else errors I shouldn't have to suffer another loss by Mr [redacted] handI contacted the Revdex.com, to try and have this matter resolve professionallyI see that I will have to escalate my complaint to the State level not only for the botched installation (see attached fire hazard wiring), unprofessionalism, and harassment (see attached communicated threat by Mr [redacted] )I will never allow such a person in my home againI did not get the service I paid for, Mr [redacted] business practices are negligent and he failed to provide the services in our contractual agreement therefore, his charges are disputed!
