H&D Building Specialist

Contacted H&D Building Specialist in June 2019 to have our green metal house roof painted black. They assured me that they could do the job and we signed a contract to have our house power washed for $400.00 and $3000.00 for painting the roof. When we were told that the job was completed, there were many parts on the roof that the old green paint had not been painted, several gutters were destroyed from where they had placed ladders against to access the roof, black paint was sprayed on the house siding and white trim, huge stratches on the roof that were caused by the ladder. I pointed out all of the above flaws to Mr. Joseph Duncan, co-owner of the business. He admitted to me that they had never painted a roof with a "pitch" as steep as ours before. He assured me that he would correct the scratches in the paint on the roof, paint the areas that the green paint that had not been covered and "take care" of the gutters, which will need to be replaced. We paid Mr. Duncan $2000.00 so far and we haven't seen or heard from him since August 2019.
