I entered into a contractual agreement with this company to sell my Timeshare. They charged me $1,000.00 to list my timeshare and if they didn't get it sold or if I sold it myself, they would refund me my initial deposit. Their contract also states that they will never charge me an additional fee. Since then, they have charged my credit card an additional $1,000. On September 18, 2019, when I noticed the charge, I called and spoke with Ms. Cate *** and she told me it was a mistake and the charges were to be reversed. To date the charges have not been reversed. In addition, I have submitted a letter to Ms. requesting that my initial $1,000 be returned to me. No response, no answer on the phone to date.
