I suspect this is a mistaken identity or a false complaint.  I made an attempt to call the phone number provided but that number does not appear to be working.  HC&R has one person who answers the phone, without any exception!  The person answering is not a female, nor does or has...

HC&R previously employeed anyone by the name mentioned in the complaint nor have they employeed anyone with a name remotely similar.  HC&R is a small company yet capable of executing large projects in a timely manner, and we take great pride in satisfying our customers.  One person only sells projects and we are not familiar with the project mentioned.  In the last year we have completed a large custom home, and we have completed several large home renovations.  We welcome the person to call us directly and leave a message or discuss this complaint with us so they can correct their mistake and file their complaint about the contractor who failed to satisfy them.
