Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:This is not true. I would like A call from Revdex.com, as this is what I was expecting before the contractor was reached out to.thank you
Regards,
[redacted]
[redacted] Stated the following to which I am responding: 1)"She was overcharged for barely any work done and ugly unprofessional work." To this I respond that she was given an itemized , written estimate, to her and her lender, to which she agreed to by signing this contract. At this point she had...
the option of using any other contractor that she wanted if she did not agree with this estimate 2) "The work done on my house I had to redo myself. " If this was truly the case [redacted] would have done everything that was listed in the estimate. To date, she has not done a single thing herself that was listed on the contract. 3)" I never got signs from the township that my house was under contract." All permits were issued and approved by Ewing construction office ....any questions regarding this issue please contact: Sam H[redacted] (township code official). [redacted]. 4)" He lied to me stating that the house passed inspection." The house did absolutely pass inspection, and Ken (do not know his last name) from Ewing informed me that the owner would be able to pick up Certificate Of Occupancy at the township office in three days. The township admitted that when [redacted] went there that the permit had expired, and once again you can contact Sam H[redacted]s for verification of this. 5)" He still has work that has not passed inspection." All work was inspected and approved by the township before [redacted] even moved into her home. There was a subsequent inspection by her lender, that said that the driveway had to be resealed, this was completed immediately after I received notice. Also, the bathtub needed to be caulked and the fireplace damper needed to be fixed. [redacted] told me not to bother to do the work, that she would rather have the money which would amount to $500.00 in cash from the lender. As for the door in the basement, that was never part of my contract/estimate. At this point I believe [redacted] is not only trying to rip me off but also her lender. I have text conversations that will back up any of my statements that I have made in this response. I have been in business for 35 years and have never had this type of complaint filed against me. My record speaks for itself and I am appalled that this has even come to this.
