I was sending this message over to complain about this company who will not email me regarding a refund that I requested. I placed an order on March 4th, 2018 and it's March 21st, 2018. After sending multiple emails I finally got an answer after I mentioned I would contact my bank. On March 13th *** stated the items were misplaced during their recent move and my order would be mailed out that afternoon and I would receive a tracking number. On March 16th I emailed them requesting a refund because I did not receive a tracking number nor my package. This day I called them and a woman answered the phone I wasn't sure if it was the owner or not and I had talked to about my issue. She apologized and told me the mail wasn't picked up on Tuesday March 13 or Wednesday March 14th and she had an luncheon the day after Thursday March 15th something like that. I asked her if I would get my order by Tuesday March 20th and she said definitely. I have since not received my package or a tracking number and I have requested a refund of $70.59 but no one has bothered to contact me back.
