Complaint**. Herron and his crew remodeled my house from a fire and did a poor job...having problems since I moved back in my house on February..... **. Herron was hired by me in october of 2013 after my house had burned from a electrical problem. I moved back into my house in February 2014 the 3rd week I was in my home I noticed a leak in my bathroom. I called ** herron to fix it and he informed me that he would. **. Herron never showed up. A little after that u notice mold in my living room. I called **. Herron I didn't get an answer... I have tried calling **. Hereon daily since February about my problems but he has failed to answer my phone calls. I think that is very unprofessional and poor business. On June 20,2014 my electricity on one whole side of my house went out. I tried calling **. Hereon he failed to answer my call. On June 21,2014 I used my sister phone to call to call **. Hereon he answer from him,not knowing it was me. I talk to **. Herein and informed him about all the problems I have and he acted like he didn't care. He brought up some money that was a mix up from the insurance company,but he was still paid the money in that situation so that should not be the reason he will not fix what is wrong because he received the money for the work. Desired SettlementI feel like he should fix the problems because he was paid 74,000 to do the job right not half do the job.. If he don't want to fix it I think I need a refund so I can hired someone to fix it right...
