We cleaned the customers carpet everything was cleaned up good and we can't guarantee complete stain removal and when the customer called and I asked how I can help her she continued to yell and say I didn't sound like a supervisor and the only thing I asked the customer is what does a supervisor
sound like and she started screaming and hung up I do apologize but carpet cleaning is not a guarantee due to permanent stains and traffic areas so we do not offer refunds
