Review: I received a call stating that my appointment was being confirmed, I then told the receptionist that I had 2 not 1 but 2 ear infections and I needed to cancel appt. for 7/11/13 she the office called on 7/9/13. Plus I was going in for both knees Total Replacement that week and needed to cancel appt. that same 7/8/13 she called me 7/8/13. She ([redacted]) told me if I cancelled she was sending a bill for $50- CANCELLATION FEE!!!! Not thinking of what I just told her about my sickness ears both infected. Also the office is dirty. I had a specialist appt. on 7/11/13 ears.Desired Settlement: I would like the $50 fee to be waived.
