Review: I purchased 3 items from this company for the total of 127.00 with the understanding, according tot heir website, that all order are processed in 24 hours and shipped using [redacted] priority mail. The order was submitted on Nov *, 2015 and remained unfulfilled by Nov *, 2015. My attempts to contact customer service by email and phone have both gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: Hax Pheroceuticals has an obligation to fill the order in accordance with its policies of 24 hour processing and priority shipping. If the company is not going to ship the order as promoted on their website, they should refund the full 127.00 purchase price.
