Review: On Sunday June *, 2014 at noon I went to get my car washed at Hawthorne Car Wash [redacted]. After my car exited the long, tunnel-like bay exterior rollover system I noticed that my car a black Honda Pilot came out scratched and scuffed. The scratches were on the molding above the doors on both sides of my car. It is obvious that the machinery roll overs are in need of some repairs. I tried first speaking to the attendants but to no avail because they did not speak English very well so I thought. Then, one attendant became belligerent and rude and told me to move my car and get out of there. Then I asked to speak with the [redacted] who named himself as [redacted]. [redacted] was evasive and uncooperative; then after my persistence he gave me some information regarding the owner he named as being [redacted]. [redacted] additionally gave me a phone number to call owner at ###-###-####. But, after calling it several times it only rings, then a recording says that the memory is full and I need an access code. Can you believe this? Besides my car getting damaged and poor service, the attendants never finished cleaning my car's interior, windows or dried my car off that cost me $12.00 for services not rendered.Desired Settlement: I want my car repaired / scratches buffed out if possible in addition get my money refunded for the incomplete car wash.
