They advertise online about free estimates if they do the job and if they do not they charge $89 for a service charge.I called them and made a request for a service call because the fridge at the grill is not working. they asked me the brand and I told them what brand it was they said someone would come out between 1-3 on Friday 2/27/2020. a tech showed up around 1:30 that day, he looked at fridge and said he had never worked with this brand before he seemed confused for a bit and didn't know what was wrong I described what was happening and he said he knew what it was the control board he said he had to go back to the office and search for the part he was there about 20 min then I asked him about my ice machine acting up, he said its the compressor and not worth me fixing it and he charged me $69 to tell me that. 5 days passed and no word from tech or company I called 4 times they kept saying they are going to reach the tech, I called again and spoke to someone and she had a slight attitude said it did not matter if the tech looks at the ice machine for a second they charge, I said it says free estimates on website and that if I choose not to do the repair with them then they charge but at this point I have no choice I did not choose not to do the repair they said they need more time to do the research! they are ripping people off, they do not know what they are doing. I want a full refund of $158. so I can hire someone else to come and look at my fridge and ice machine.
