On 08 18/2016 [redacted] contacted us about a complaint on her roof before. After asking several questions she told me that the seller had the roof worked on after the inspection and before they closed on the house because it had formed a leak and [redacted] nore her husband [redacted] had the repairs...

inspected to make sure they were done properly. Irecived several emails and phone calls from [redacted] & [redacted] the only problem being there there complaint changed several times. I showed them a copy of the contract they signed on line before the inspection that clearly states that the inspection is visual and we are not liable for hidden damage are repairs that are done after the inspection. I can supply copies of everything.
