We ordered the customer a new nightstand and replaced the foot board for them.
I apologize that this has gone on for as long as it has. I have called twice to present an option to the customer, first time voicemail was not available and on 6/23/15 at 5:06 I was able to leave a message. I know that we had originally set up a technician to come out and take a look at the product, but that service was denied by the customer. We then requested that our delivery drivers go out and take pictures, because the pictures provided showed very little damage, or was hard to see the damage due to picture quality. When our drivers arrived, nobody was home. We would like to get this taken care of for the customer, and are willing to replace both the Night stand and the dresser. We do not have access to any more of this headboard, so we are willing to give a credit of 40% of the package price of the bed (refund would be in the amount of $159.60). We hope this satisfactorily takes care of this for the customer.

This should be consider theft as we have to pay but haven't received the goods that we paid for. they have NOT done anything!We have not received new night stand, we didn't ask for new footboard, it was side rail and the initial complaint talks about the Headboard and also the dresser.
