installed this unfortunately was not the only issue as we had explained to him from the beginning. He also had a bad transmission. At this point he was very upset with us even though we where very clear with him I do not believe we owe him any money back as we Hawkins Towing were very upfront with him from the beginning His car could have several issues we fixed the one seemed most crucial.
