Hawkins Painting

The painter did not come back to finish the job. Left it unfinished. The "owner" of Hawkins Painting "finished" painting my house and stated he would have to come back to finish after it dries so he could spot the imperfections and fix all the issues. He never came back, will not answer his phone, and will not return a phone call. He took 3 weeks to finish the job, rarely showed up on time, and left early. He is unreliable and I would not hire this man to paint my anything ever again. I had to finish the job myself therefore I should receive money back because he did not complete the entire job.
