We hired this firm to complete 4 trademarks for our organization. We paid them $3375 on 10/12/2018. We started work on the project which required me to fill out extensive paperwork about our brand. They used a platform called *** for client communications which worked well for us in the past when they completed our first trademark. However, I have reached out via this client portal and email MULTIPLE times to no avail. Now that the year is ending and the project is due in a couple of months, I went to their website to see if there was an updated phone number and I learned that they had closed. The message on their website said that they closed in December 2018 but that their team would be continuing to complete all of the outstanding projects and would be in touch. I have received no communication. The phone number is out of order. I found *** on *** and sent him a message there.
