Hawkeye Tax & Business Solutions, Inc.

Hawkeye tax service was paid to complete and file 2013 business taxes. They also did not file the monthly and quarterly taxes the were paid to do.[redacted] owner and operator of Hawkeye Tax and Business Soultions, Inc. was paid for services of filing the 2013 business taxes for [redacted]. When time came to file the 2014 taxes, it came to our attention that our 2013 business taxes were not filed. Upon further investigation, we came to find out that the monthly and quarterly taxes Mr.[redacted] stated he completed were also not done. Mr [redacted] stated that he did complete the taxes but upon verification from the IRS they were not done. Now we are unable to complete our 2014 Business and personal taxes until the 2013 are completed properly. After many attempts to have Mr. [redacted] correct the problem, and after months of him stating that he did complete the 2013 taxes, he finally came clean and stated that he did not do them. We have obtained a new accountant to correct this problem. Mr. [redacted] misrepresented himself for over a year. Desired SettlementIt is our belief that he sound have to provide us with a refund and well a pay a penalty with interest for services not completed. is is costing more to have the redone since he did not complete the service he was paid for and promised to complete
