First of all, *** *** *** has not gotten a loan from us since April 30, Said loan, ***, Gibson Les Paul guitar with hard case was the item
pawned to usThis loan was expired by us on August 26, Said loan was due on July 29, Mr*** forfeited his guitar because he did not come in and pay for said loan
We have no record of Mr*** setting foot in this store since April 30, Furthermore, Mr*** was in our store approximately a couple weeks agoHe was very indigent and hostileWe tried to help him, but there was nothing to help him with
I have no idea where Mr*** is coming from on said guitarIf that was the case of him losing a guitar to us in where is his proof?
I have nothing more to sayHis accusations are totally based on our store recordsWe report all of our pawns of regulated items to the Portland Police Bureau nightly and have done so since
P.S- I am sending via postal mail a copy of the original ticket for the loan of said guitar
