Review: My home at [redacted] ln [redacted], Tx was broken into on Friday 26th at 8:03 am. Thank god no one was home nor hurt. The burglar was able to walk thru my entire house unhook 4 TV's disconnect 1 computer ECT. ramble throw everything I own and pick what they wanted and left. The only time my alarm (im paying $70 month for) alarmed the police is when the thieves was leaving with all my belongings. Being a first time home buyer and a single mom I had no idea what’s needed to properly install an home alarm system. I was told I was being sold a wireless system that would go off if some try to break a window or if something or someone move in the house once the alarm was activated. While referring back to the beginning of this story the alarm didn’t go off until they left my house with all my stuff. I've been attempting to work with the HDQ supervisor and the regional office manager for over a week now, not only has my alarm system not be fixed completely. But nor has my camera been reconnected. I've emailed, left voicemail and did walk ins to the HQD office across the street from my job at [redacted] Credit union. Im requesting a refund for the months I have paid for a service that I wasn’t receiving the proper service.Desired Settlement: Refund or corret installation with 6moths free ( or the amount of months i've paid them)
