Pushy paperwork, couldn't wait to push it through, could not even explain anything on car.
Asked for a fully loaded car, they delivered one after signing that was not fully loaded.
Multiple issues with the delivery of the vehicle that was supposed to be new:
-Was driven to the dealership racking up 150 miles and damaging the hood and fastback plastic trim.
-Car was delivered at night, in the rain, with a weak flashlight to inspect.
-The car did not drive straight, upon driving it home on delivery.
-The car was damaged on the hood with deep rock chips (could not have been done by me, as I drove home on empty roads at night and had surgery & recovery all weekend).
-Car did not have navigation, I required navigation.
-Failed to honor an incentive from *** and Mazda that applied to the vehicle I purchased, then lied and said they knew nothing about it.
-Would not reply to my email addressing these complaints when I asked for a manager until after the loan was pushed through.
-Tried to correct the rock chips with touch up paint on a new car of a different color, now it has 2 big blobs of paint and is an eyesore. They recommended a complete repaint of hood, I declined as it won't match the factory paint, and will reduce the value of the car...they argued.
I asked to bring car back and pick out another one (due to the hood and not being fully loaded), as the sales manager said that could be an option, however, the GM Jim said that could not be possible effectively ending the deal.
The management staff was unwilling to work with me to reach an amicable solution to the issues mentioned in this review, instead, Dan *** and Jim *** became argumentative twice, and said... quote:
1.) "It is perfectly as reasonable to assume that the scratches and/or chips were done while in your possession as they were to have existed prior to you taking delivery."
2.) "You did take possession of the vehicle despite the prevailing conditions (night, rain)
We have offered this customer to repaint the hood of his vehicle at no charge and provide a loaner vehicle, in addition we have even offered to install a clear bra OR a Navigation card OR send a $500 credit to Mazda Capital. Our offers still stand.
I accepted the dealer response and offers, so this complaint can be closed without negative connotation.
Thanks,
Joshua
