Hawaiian Palama Baskets

Our work in our shower looks extremely sloppy. The drain is tilted up instead of level or lower with the surrounding tile, leaving us to believe we are going to have problems with it draining. There is grout under the silicone seal that can't be cleaned up unless we remove the seal. We are having issues getting this taken care of with the company. The work until this point was good, and if they decide to fix their mistakes I will be happy to remove this bad review.
