Just came from your Langford Store I was looking for an 'O' ring for a quick connect garden hose Nobody in hardware for minutes Went over to barbeque area Said to a salesperson "I have a question for hardware" I expected he would say "may I help you" but he asked "what is it you need to know?" I said I was looking for an 'O' ring and produced the fitting He said "probably not in hardware but you could check in gardening" and pointed to that area (no offer to assist me further) "or you could go down the street to *** or over to ***"
