Hawaii Tours and Activities

Not even convinced this is a real company. Booked a sunset dinner cruise for 2 on Maui through Hawaii Tours, but when I showed up to check in the cruise line had no reservation on file for me. Tried calling their customer service line about a dozen times at around 5pm (they are listed as being open until 9pm), but was unable to reach anyone and sent to voicemail after about 2 minutes of being on hold. Finally a man picked up, but it sounded like he was on the road and he said the connection was bad and eventually he just went silent on me. I had to purchase another 2 tickets directly from the cruise company. Since then, I have called them some more but again not reached anyone and had to leave voicemails. I have also emailed them about the incident, and I have yet to hear a single word back. This was over a week ago. If you enjoy having someone take your money and do nothing with it, this is the company for you!
