HelloWe are currently investigating this issue and we have received this complaint from the customer beforeAll our packages are sent with tracking number and delivery confirmation and according to the USPS tracking number: [redacted] "Your item was delivered at the front door or porch at 11:am on September 3, in MABLETON, GA 30126."So in this case we have no guarantee that the customer actually didn't receive the package and there is no way to know if the customer is telling the truth and we are waiting to get more information from USPS.It's not out fault that it presumably didn't get delivered: it's either USPS's fault or the customer is being dishonest.Best Regards,Hawaii Pharm

Hello, I Purchased several flavor drops from Hawaii PharmMy Order # is The USPS tracking shows delivered to my porchThe Post Office has no answersMy nearest neighbors did not receive it and Hawaii Pharm ignores my emailsI contacted them during Hawaiian business hoursThey have a Chat box that said I was in the cueIt stayed that way for hoursThe phone number I called four times, is Voicemail onlyThey never return my callHawaii Pharm did email with a no reply email ([email protected]) and simply repeated my initial statement by saying "it was delivered"When I responded back, they ignored meI emailed them at the another email I located ([email protected]) and still no responseI would like a full refund for merchandise not received
Also let us correct the initial customer's email: the email address that was provided was not a "no reply" email and we did reply to all of the emails, first trying to confirm the shipping address and later letting the customer know that we are currently investigating the issue.The best way for you to be ensured about the Tracking information is if you follow this link and go to usps.com website:https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=***We have filed a claim and additional investigation with USPS (case ID: HQ***) and we're waiting for their response as it's an insured package and if they confirm that the package was lost by them then we will receive insured funds and refund the customer.Best Regards,Hawaii Pharm
