I bought a bedroom set and had almost all the items delivered to me in a timely fashion. The last item, a dresser mirror, was unable to be delivered with the others because it was damaged. Then, they promised me it was going to be delivered on the 19th between 9:45 and 12:40; however, they said their delivery truck broke down and they would be transferring everything into a rental truck, and promised me that I would get my mirror today. As of 5:30 I had to call the store myself and speak to a representative, who couldn't even get me a manager to speak with because "they had all left for the day."

This is bad customer service. The store made numerous promises to call me and inform me of my mirror's arrival, but never did, I always had to call in myself and check with them. If I didn't call today, I wouldn't have even been confirmed to receive my delivery at the earliest time slot they had on Thursday. They have wasted my time for two days now, where I have had to sit around waiting at home instead of working or going about my daily work. I've dealt with them in the past and have never had an issue like this before; to be frank, I'm very upset with quality of customer service I have received. They sent me a survey the day before, and I gave them a 5 star review; had I known they would waste this much of my time and been so customer unfriendly, I would've been far less generous.
