Review: The furniture was delivered on 5/22/10 and on 10/5/11 I had to be repair due to broken right arm and sofa left arm broken. The furniture was repair more than two times.Desired Settlement: Please replace the chair and sof!

I am rejecting this response because: The sofa and chair arms are broken and falling off when you sit on them. The pictures show good condition of the furniture when you are not sitting on them. The furniture is bad and has been in bad condition from the time of purchase.

I have attached photos of the sofa and chair taken on 07/13/2013.
* both items were delivered 05/22/2010.
* We have sent a trained experienced furniture technician to the home twice
to inspect what has been claimed as "sofa and chair arms are broken and
falling off". * The technician was unable to find any such problem with the
furniture.
* We offered the customer a $300 gift certificate which he rejected.

Review: I purchased a dresser drawer and nightstand in Feb. from Haverty's At the time of purchase you find out there is a $150 delivery charge. I had purchased furniture from here before and there was no delivery charge. There is NOTHING on a sales ticket or in the store that says there is a charge. I leave very disappointed. I call a couple days later to discuss this and any other options around a delivery. I was told the pieces could be picked up but not put together. I ask is the dresser need to be put together or just drawers inserted. Store Manager wasn't sure (yea right). I negotiate a $75 delivery fee and purchase the furniture (still baffled at this hidden charge). Top Drawer delivery double inspection. Well after the guys leave my wife looks at the underneath part of drawer and its split. Seriously, second time with this double inspection high dollar delivery. 2 weeks later technician comes out says he can glue it for now and put in work order for new piece. ( why would I pay $900 for furniture to have it glued and someone would be in touch to get me a new drawer. 3 days go by no call. I call cust service. A whole new Dresser must be delivered. This will the second day I have to take off work for something that is not my fault and lose money. I would like some answers as to how they can FORCE you to have something delivered and not show that information or cost on a price tag. I would also like toknow who rates this QUALITY service. Second purchase and second fail from this company. Delivered 2 sofa previously one piece was dinged and then they put a hole in my wall delivering. Something needs to be done for this lack of quality.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to explain this top drawer quality and double inspection besides it could get dinged on the delivery. I would like someone to explain the hidden charge of delivery and why the store manager is cool enough to down play not knowing if a piece of furniture is actually put together from start at their store. This must be stopped.
