On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being 'going above and beyond', we would give them a 20. The level of customer support is superb. The quality of their sinks and selection is just as outstanding as their customer service. We found a very unique, beautiful quartzite for our kitchen and were looking for a sink to do it justice. We thought we had it when we saw that Rohl had a black stainless steel sink, but after a nearly a month of waiting and the sink never arrived, and Rohl could not give us a guarantee date, I started searching the internet and found this wonderful company. We're greatful that Rohl had issues as we found a much better sink, with many more options, as a lower price.

Too bad we cannot give Havens a higher than a 5 star rating.
