I signed my son up for lessons at the Haven Horse ranch last spring and continued lessons through the summerCommunication was always a challenge with the ranch as there were times when our lesson had been cancelled due to weather or other event, and we were not notified in a timely fashionRescheduling of missed lessons was very difficult and many times did not take placeWhen we made the decision to discontinue lessons with the ranch at the start of school this year, an automatic withdrawal was made a week after the lessons were cancelledI requested the return of the funds and was lead to believe initially that a refund was forthcomingAfter weeks, I was told I would not receive my money back but could have more lessons or a gift certificate as a remedyI am extremely dissatisfied - to have an automatic withdrawal system and then refuse to return funds when a service is discontinued is dishonest
