Refused to Refund Deposit Even Tho Proof was Given of Move Out Date I lived at their property ( [redacted] Apts) in Laurinburg NC for year and monthsI gave days notice on 7/27/2017, moved out on 8/27/and turned my keys in that same dayI was told to drop the keys in the door slot since it was on a Sunday so I did in an envelope with our names and date (TOOK A PIC AS PROOF)They did NOT refund all of our depositWhy you ask? They said we did NOT move out until Sept5th even tho many tenants saw us move (they claimed no one saw us move, REALLY??), we had turned the keys in (had proof of it), and the power was turned off the next day(the 28thThey refuse to accept proof, refuse to talk to other tenants, refuse to do anything but be shady and crooked! Just b/c their property manager didn't come to work for over a week and only got my keys when she finally showed up on the 5th is NOT my fault!!
