Havana Shade

Ordered Sun shade on May 28, 2020, representative came to home, took all necessary measurements, paid half of purchase price, was told it would probably be a couple of weeks or so to actually get product. On August 4, 2020, employees and to our home to install, employees notified us that product was wrong size and would not fit. Company told us they would expedite order for replacement. Called company Monday, August 10, 2020 to find out status of product, was told by ***, that he would return a call about this, never received a call back. Have called 3 times today, August 14, 2020, to inquire as to the status, left message for call back, no one return this call. Failure to return calls seems to be normal for this business. Seeing as how this has been going on since May 28, 2020, we are getting totally fed up with this business, plus their not returning calls. This is no way to do business!!
