Great dealership, fast and they work with you. They keep their words to you
Been going here for a while very good custermer service they deliver in there promise would recommend to any to come here to bu any vehicle they do sell luxury quality vehicles at a very fair price and take care of any issue you point out to them ,will definitely be back again to llok for another vehicle for my other child soon.
They were almost they really worked hard to help me get what I wanted.
I have been burnt 2 years ago on a car that I purchased locally here in Massachusetts. I have been very stressed out on shopping for a new vehicle. Once you loose the trust in car dealerships its very hard to gain! about 4 months ago, I made contact with HAUS OF IMPORTS and they truly made me believe that there really is good people out there doing honest business.
What a wonderful company.
I called to ask a question on a BMW they had, fast forward a few days later I was driving it! They spoke to me over the phone, Emails, Texts, face time and even went on a test drive for me while I was facetiming them. I mean, its really that kind of Dealership! It was like I had a close friend in the chicago area looking over the car for me! They were brutally honest. Somethings they pointed out I didnt like (Wear and tear) on the vehicle but thats what you get when we are talking about HONESTY.
I was so comfortable with the interaction between me Mike and Roni that I decided To buy the car siteunseen. They shipped the vehicle to me in just a few days and when it arrived it was exactly what I expected, picture perfect. They mailed the title out the very next day; everything was went smooth. This is a true dealership that has years of experience under their belt. Definitely In business for the long run.
Thank you again Roni, Mike, and the rest of the staff. I sure hope the company continues to grow because this is what car buying should really be. I cant wait till the time comes to buy my next one.

Down to earth people with no games or a sales push. I had an amazing experience with them. I contacted them via phone and asked if they could hold the car until Saturday because I had to make a three-hour drive and they did just that! (with a deposit) The communication was great, along with the on-site experience. Before I knew it I was driving home with my Mercedes within an hour of being there. The car is amazing and It was an amazing deal! Overall I would recommend them to anyone.
My experience was great! Roni *** was very helpful and answered my questions in a timely manner. After my purchase he followed up with a call to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. This was my second purchase from Haus of Imports.
I purchased a vehicle online during early January 2020. I had the vehicle delivered to Wisconsin from the dealership, outside Chicago, IL. It was delivered on January 10, 2020, around 5pm. I drove it approximately 20-40 miles between the 10th and 11th. On the 11th the coolant light came on. The dealership said to take it to a mechanic which I did. When they wanted 1500 just to get to where the problem was, the dealership asked me to take it to a smaller shop. I had to pay off the first mechanic and bring the vehicle home till I could afford another mechanic. The dealership sent me 500$ to help with "whatever" I need it for. The next (smaller) mechanic got the vehicle on Feb. 7th and immediately found coolant traces at the back of the engine bay near the passenger side, dried coolant in the valley pan, and dried coolant tracks down to the bottom of the motor where it would have been noticed during any inspection. I agreed to pay the mechanic a down payment because he suspected a head gasket once he looked under the manifolds. When he dropped the engine, he found coolant in the cylinders and a missing timing chain guide. He found a replacement engine for ~3,800 instead of taking the risk of having the gasket blow again due to a misshapen cylinder head. I am looking for compensation for 1/2 of the cost that I paid to have the vehicle fixed: $11,328.53/2 = $5,624. He already gave me $500 so that leaves $5,124. This would be an acceptable amount and I have all the photos, documents, and description from the mechanic. This is more than fair because just the head gasket to be replaced would have been $4,700. I am not seeking payment for the tow truck, the first diagnostic, or the 2+ months of not having a vehicle.
Bellow is the last message I have had with Tamar before the Revdex.com complaint was filed. I am willing to work with her. I just am not in agreement with her terms.
"Tamar,You're 15 days or 500 miles have been up 28 days ago. Illinois State Powertrain Warranties are not covered over a month and a half just so you know. On January 14th you told us it had a coolant leak. So, I compensated you for that as you agreed. (which I did not have to because a coolant leak is not under IL State Powertrain warranty Public Act 099-0768) You took my check; Weeks go by, and I didn't hear one word from you. This means your case has been resolved in the State of Illinois. The email you sent me with the head gasket was Received on Fri, Feb 14, 8:47 PM (6 days ago) 37 days later from the Coolant Email you sent me.I want to notify you that by law, I do not have to do anything with this vehicle anymore because you have passed your Powertrain warranty 28 days ago.
But, I do not work like that. Tamar, I do not like to go by the books and regulations because I genuinely feel that my customer needs to be happy with the vehicle they have purchased from us even if it's not covered. This is why I sent you the $500 check earlier that month so that you, as my customer, can be happy. Even though I did not mention it not being covered under the Powertrain warranty. If I "knew" about this gasket issue before this time of sale, I would have never sent you any money in the first place over a part that's not even covered. Look, I am a nice guy to deal with and I need you to be fair with me as well in order to resolve this issue together. "
I would have never sent her the check for $500.00 if I had known the problem would be so complex. The resolution that I think is fair is that the cost of a newly refurbished motor would have been ~$3500.00 and could have done the work in house here at the dealership. when she notified us about the approximate cost of the repairs she authorized it was ~$11,000.00. I would be willing to split the cost of the replacement engine, that I could have done the work on at a much less expensive rate. But, she authorized work before I could give her that option. I see a fair resolution is that I split ~3500.00 with her minus the $500.00 that I have already given her. So I would be willing to mail her a check for $1375.00.
Please let us know if this is acceptable resolution to her. We pride ourselves in great customer service. And hope that we can resolve this quickly.
Thank you

At this time we will hold off on this.
We gave Tamar more then what any other dealer would under these circumstances and I believe we have been very reasonable. It is not our fault she told the mechanic to go ahead with the repairs with out notifying us prior. Selling thousands of cars yearly it is my first time that I hear a mechanic charged a customer more then what the whole car was worth.
Because of her actions I do not take responsibility and that I should not pay half. If we take a step back, I really don't have to help her pay anything under (IL State Public Act 099-0768) BUT I do not go by the standards of other dealers. I was still trying to help.
We could not come to an agreement. I offered two reasonable offers which she rejected.
At this point, our offer is off the table.
Thank you.

Great customer service from all of the Haus of Imports team especially Alex! They went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle of my dreams and got me in and out in a matter of an hour! Thanks again guys.
On 5/08/19 Bought used *** 3x 2005 from sales guy Robert who said that there was only one thing wrong which he said he would reimburse me to fix. The issue was $650 and he only wanted to pay $250. He said the check was mailed on the 14th but never received. Also never received title. they are saying now that these were mailed. Also the repairman found that the codes and some issues that were wrong with the car were hidden as he scanned and found someone deleted codes in order to sell me a faulty car. I sent proof to the sales guy and his answer was I bought it as is, Ok but he did not disclose all the other things wrong with the car and hid them. Asked to speak to the owner and he said he was not available. I now have spent 3000 when Im done on the car repairs. Im asking for common business courtesy and the price of car could have been negotiated if I knew it had alot more wrong.
My name is Roni *** and in response to Ms. complaint against Haus of Imports, we are completely shocked by the amount of codes her mechanic found upon his second scan of the vehicle, as we were only aware of the one issue and spoke to and disclosed that issue to Ms. before her purchase. We did not clear any codes and if her mechanic did not find them upon his first scan, how would we have known about them. We did know about the code P0411 in which we told her about. We told her that we send her a check for the $250.00 as promised, she then was not happy with that amount. We have received some documentation from her but no actually repair bills with cost that she paid. We understand her frustration at this point, but also she purchased a used *** with 120,682 miles on it. All of the codes that she has sent us do not fall under Illinois code, 815 ILCS 505/2L, we were trying to be fair with her as we do not want an unhappy customer. After reviewing all the information, Haus of Imports is willing to refund her a total of $500.00 if this is acceptable to Ms. and she will consider this matter finalized we will send her a check via USPS priority Mail with in 48 hours of her acknowledgment that this is satisfactory. We will provide Ms. with the tracking number. Her title was sent out and via tracking was received 05/23/2019 at 4:17 PM. We ask that Ms. notify us in writing through emailand the Revdex.com that the resolution is satisfactory to her and will move forward on the check being sent to her. We hope that this issue can be resolved amicably.
