Worst service experience ever
2013 [redacted] 45,000km - leased from DOW
Many things went wrong on this service visit, advisors failed to record my issues twice, indicated to check engine light when in fact there was gas smells and loud engine noises. They brought the wrong car into the garage which wasted 1.5hrs of my time. Spark plugs came loose and caused $2500 in dmg, all covered except the plugs,considering the kms, funny. Get home, windshield wiper assembly is missing, had to go back that night under the belief that I would be reimbursed for the plugs (as per management) only to get there and be told that was a mistake. [redacted] says it should have been covered, when they asked DOW to cover it, the GM @ DOW basically said that as I was a 1st time customer they would not waste their compassionate warranty on me, that it's reserved for "loyal" customers. Also stated by the GM that my "demands" were unreasonable. [redacted] feels they were not, they are sending me the money.
