I ordered fill dirt and top soil from Ohio Mulch and scheduled delivery I placed my order about one week ahead the date I needed it delivered The first date of delivery was scheduled for April 8th, When I spoke with Ohio Mulch they stated that the delivery would be made on that date prior to noon I rented a machine to assist in moving the dirt from driveway to my backyard I had the machine rented for hours and had it dropped off about am At pm the dirt was still not there I called and was told they do not give delivery times when ordering, I asked if they could pull up my order and see if it was noted because I was told otherwise The lady stated she looked and nothing was noted The dirt eventually showed up around 330pm, the receipt they gave me, showed "Deliver prior to noon" on it I had to pay for the machine for the full day because the delivery was so late

I ordered bulk mulch online and the location called me to schedule a date to deliver Kenny is the persons name I have spoken toWe set up delivery for Saturday May 26, The mulch was not delivered that day or the next dayI called multiple times, but no one would answer the phoneI was transferred to the Mount Carmel location several times, but they couldn’t help meI finally emailed the customer service email that I received in my order confirmation emailAnna Robinson from the corporate office emailed me back and had Kenny call me on Tuesday May He told me that they had experienced some delays and drivers issues over the weekend, and that my delivery was one of the first for that dayNow it is Wednesday May and I still don’t have any mulchI emailed Anna with customer service again asking for a cancellation and refund, but she is no longer responding to meI have dealt with this company in the past and never had any issuesI am very disappointed in the service a
