Hatloes has for over years maintained an impeccable record of customer satisfactionAfter Hatloes was contacted by the customer we sent one of our flooring specialist to look at the concern The customer had concerns of bubbling under the kitchen table and it was explained to them that
this was a moister issue and caused by leaving water on the floor for a long period of time Customer disputed this so the flooring manufacturer was contacted and a claim was filed The flooring manufacture send out an industry independent inspector who came to the same conclusion The water damage was created by the customer and there was no defect in the product As to the customers unhappiness with the report This was done by a certified flooring Inspector which is no-bias and dose not work for Hatloes or the Manufacture Hatloes will be glad to work with this customer to replace the flooring at a greatly reduced price but can not just replace the flooring because the inspector found that the bubbles were caused by water left on the floor Again we have over a 97% customer satisfaction record and have treated customers with fairness for over years.
