[redacted] owner of Hatfield Well Drilling will steal money from you. He took thousands from us promising to drill a well for us and then never returned phone calls and never drilled the well. His company will be going under soon as he is involved in many legal cases. He is a thief and doesn't care who he steals from.

Review: [redacted], owner of [redacted] well drilling was given $3,000 on 7/2/2014 to drill the well at my new construction home. After failing to return phone calls and no communication whatsoever, I spoke with [redacted] on 10/2/2014. At this date he stated that he had lied about completing a well for me and would not be performing the service he had promised to deliver. He then promised to return the $3,000 he owed me in the form of a check. On 10/6/14 [redacted] gave me 2 checks. Each written to be cashed on separate dates. The first was dated to be cashed 10/10/14. This check bounced due to insufficient funds. Not only has [redacted] Well Drilling not performed the service they guaranteed to deliver, the company has now also stolen $3,000 from me and failed to refund as promised.Desired Settlement: I desire the return of the $3,000 that was taken and has not been returned.
