The owner was very rude she hung the phone up in my face after yelling at me that her staff was on lunch and that she had to leave that is wasn't her fought that I would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for service my items are in the car and have been paid for release but I was unable to get my items after I was told that I had 36 days to get the items I was later told after they got payment that I had to beat the savage yard to Hatchers on that day or my car and the items in the car would be gone. I left work on lunch break only to wait for an hour and a half for no one to return. I had to have my car pulled to some where else so I was able to get my belongings out and they still got payment just to be very unprofessional

No further contact by the busi I will not be conducting any more business with the company. Nothing was done about how I was treated as a paying customer after trying to file a complaint with the police or the Mayor's office who contract some of these business. Please do not waste your time and money just to be mistreated by this company. I really feel that the public should know how I was treated by this company
I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE ON 5/22/2018 ABOUT RETRIEVING THEIR BELONGINGS OUT OF THE VEHICLE THAT INSURANCE HAD PAID FOR.
THE PERSON THAT I SPOKE WITH WAS INFORMED THE REGISTERED OWNER MUST COME REMOVE THE BELONGINGS.
I THEN SPOKE WITH SOMEONE ELSE ON THE PHONE ABOUT THE BELONGINGS AND THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD COME GET THE BELONGINGS
ONCE THEY GET OFF WORK. I TOLD THEM THAT WE CLOSE AT 5:30, BUT IF THE INSURANCE COMPANY GET HERE BEFORE THEY DO THEN I HAVE TO LET THE VEHICLE GO, BECAUSE
INSURANCE COMPANY HAS ALREADY MADE PAYMENT. IT WAS THEN STATED THAT WAS FINE BY THE OWNER. NEVER ONCE DID SHE MENTION SHE WAS ON HER WAY TO GET THE BELONGINGS
MY EMPLOYEE HAD LEFT TO GO TO LUNCH DURING THIS CONVERSATION WITH THE OWNER. I, MYSELF THEN HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE I GOT A CALL TO GO TO A WRECK AND TOW A VEHICLE.
THEY OWNER CALLED AFTER I HAD LEFT AND STATED THAT SHE WAS HERE AND I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I WOULD BE BACK IN ROUGHLY 45 MINS. AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
THE DAUGHTER OR THE GRANDDAUGHTER CALLED AND WAS ASKING WHAT WAS GOING ON. I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HER. AT SOME POINT THE PHONES DISCONNECTED (BECAUSE WE WERE BOTH USING CELL PHONES).
THEN SHE CALLED BACK AND ASKED IF I HAD HUNG UP ON HER AND I SAID NO THE ONE OF US LOST SIGNAL. SHE THEN DEMANDED THAT I CALL MY EMPLOYEE AND MAKE THEM COME BACK FROM LUNCH. I TOLD HER THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO DO THAT BECAUSE THAT WAS THEIR TIME AND IM NOT INTERRUPTING THEM, SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO GET IRATE AND DEMANDING BECAUSE THEY ARE A PAYING CUSTOMER. I THEN INFORMED HER THAT I WOULD BE BACK AS QUICK I AS I COULD.
SHE THEN TOLD ME THAT IT IS BT AND A FKING SHAME THAT I AM TREATING HER LIKE THIS AND THAT IS WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD NOT TOLERATE THE CUSSING AND TOLD HER TO HAVE A GOOD DAY AND HUNG UP THE PHONE.
AS I WAS ARRIVING BACK AT THE OFFICE AND SO WAS MY EMPLOYEE. SHE WAS LEAVING AS WE WERE PULLING IN. MY EMPLOYEE CALLED HER ON THE PHONE AND TOLD HER THAT SHE CAN GET THE BELONGINGS. SHE CHOSE NOT TO COME BACK AND GET THE THINGS. THE INSURANCE TOW TRUCK SHOWED UP AT ABOUT 3:00 PM TO MOVE THE VEHICLE. THE OWNER NEVER HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH HAVING HER CAR MOVED TO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET HER BELONGINGS.
