Hat N' Patch

I purchased a "custom embroidered" navy baseball cap for my dad with his ship and number on it and there was a discrepancy and they said it was my fault and there wasn't anything that could be done and no refund available. These are so-called customized caps but I found the exact hat I ordered with this company and with the correct ship and number on Ebay & Amazon for $13 less. Not only do I feel somewhat scammed, but the owner was very rude and unreasonable.
