Review: On September 27, 2014 HAT Auto Recycling knowingly sold and installed me a Catalytic Converter which is breaks the Catalytic Converter Law. On the receipt they listed it as a Exhaust Manifold which was the wrong description. When asked to get a refund they denied me and did not want to discuss their wrong doing. I still cannot get my car smogged because of this damage and correct part that cannot be old but has to be new.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or steps to take in order to get this problem solved.
