Made appointment one week prior. Car was there for one week and never was I called. I called numerous times and was told car was “progressing”, “they were out getting parts for it” and “technicians would call me right back”. Non of which were correct. Car was never racked. I was Lied to the whole time. I had to pay a tow bill to get it to another repair facility and lost a week of time.
The customer made an appointment he brought it in two hours late I told them I would get to it as soon as I could but I could not put him in front of customers that show up on time and I'm usually booked a week ahead he drove his own vehicle in and it was driveable out it was his choice to get it towed he calls everyday to check on the vehicle so we didn't have to call him the vehicle was here 3 or 4 days
