Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I had several conversation with the owner, he is the one who told me no problem send it back for a full refund! , I paid a dollars shipping to return the item, never got any of my shipping paid for , but I was cleary told full refund, his website even says it , no restocking fee !! , I had to send over emailsto get my money , and after all this is still have not received payment in full !! this customer ordered, we delivered, the customer recieved, burned a fire in and used the item, the customer did not like the item and requested a return our return policy is days no questions asked with a 20% restocking fee customer returned the item, item was returned in good condition, and we
issued a refundout of holiday kindness we did not charge the full 20% restocking, we charged only 10% restocking, and we did issue his refund accordingly we can document the full conversation if needed, and the tone of the customer and our repliesas well as proof of refundas all buisnesses must there are just those few customers who cannot be satisfied
