We spoke with *** and explained to him that he was supposed to give a day notice when vacating per the lease he signed. He did not give us a notice and also moved out on the 5th of the month and not the by the 1st. Technically per the lease he is responsible for the whole
month. He said that it was explained to him differently about the move out, but stated he did forget to give notice. We did deduct the days rent from his deposit and did return the balance for his confusion.
