Hired this company on 4/14/20 to file a response in the Family law court for San Bernardino.
Due to the covid outbreak, H was unable to file our response until the courts reopened on June 1, 2020. In the that time prior to 6/1/20, I called for a status update numerous times and was given a nasty attitude and met with sarcastic and condescending attitudes from staff.
I called again on June 2 and was told that they were not sure if our response was filed, that someone would check and get back to me. No one ever did and I proceeded to call and leave several messages thereafter. I finally was so fed up I requested to speak to the owner Ken H who didn't return my call for more than a day and a half. In the meantime, H finally emailed me that the response had been filed and to look for conformed copies, which I still have not received. We then received a call from the court clerk in the civil department stating that the response was faxed to them and they didn't know what to do with it. They provided us with the correct fax number for family court and we again contacted H to complain. They stated it wasn't true despite what we were told directly by the court clerk yet they corrected the problem and re-faxed the response to the family division. Shortly after I received a call from Ken H and again the attitude was flippin at best. He apologized but took no action to try and appease our complaints. He denied that the response was simply faxed and stated that was not true, yet the court specifically stated that it was indeed faxed to them. I am upset and dissatisfied with the services received from this process service and would warn others to proceed with caution when hiring them. Their staff is rude and condescending and sorely are in need of retraining. I hope that my experience is an isolated one and that future customers do not experience this level of unprofessional service.
