Brad Haskell came to our house and was able to fix the areas that the color was coming off the sofa. He showed my wife how to do this if color begins coming off again. He also stated that he would have someone come out to repair the stitching that was coming undone

normal wear and tear, leather does need to be maintained  in an active household. But we are assisting this customer and getting their sofa taken care of.
