I received notification from my Credit Card company that they agree that this is fraudulent transactionThe company will be charged back and they refunded my money

Please check the documents that we have sent. We do not call our customers, we got a call from the customer and provided her with the required services.Each of our customers are made aware not to entertain calls like the one she has got and each of our customers are provided with a unique
customer service code so that if they ever receive any calls from anyone and they claim to be speaking on behalf of our company then the customers should verify it by asking the caller the customer service code. She has received a call from someone who may have scammed her and tried to take money from her through anyways which we are not aware of and are not responsible for. She has paid us for the antivirus that we provided her so this has nothing to do with us.Please check the documents that we are sending on our behalf

I am rejecting this response because:They state that I call them for the service How could I do that if I didn't know the business existed. Also I did not sign anything yet there is a page with a signature that is not mine.Also what about the in I tune cards that I gave them I want my money back. and now I getting a message that defender pro is out of date and that was supposedly what the installed

I paid to have 5 years of AVG virus protection which started last year and now my AVG virus protection is now showing expired. I was attempting to contact Hask Media with no luck. I am beginning to think this is a fraudulent company. How can I get my money returned? Does anyone have any suggestions that I can follow up on?
