Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I never agreed to any partnership contracts or agreements I never signed any contracts I have proved the three SMiners are my property and have requested the return of my personal property What ever any third party has agreed to with Hash the planet is immaterial If hash the planet has an issue with some third party partnership and its agents not meeting some alleged financial agreements that is between Hash the planet and the third party agents
Hash the Planet in their own response states that they are in possession of my property I have proven it is my property if they do not return my property than that is theft.Sincerely,*** ***

We here at Hash the Planet are 100% committed to providing our customers with first-class bitcoin hosting and management services at ultra affordable power rates. We are very proud of our long...

history of meeting all our customers’ needs.  
In response to this particular complaint, we note simply that the complainant is not our customer. 
The equipment that the complainant describes was in fact delivered to our facility and placed in our care, but only as part of a hosting agreement between us and a general partnership composed of various parties, including to our knowledge the complainant. That general partnership ultimately failed to meet its financial obligations under the hosting agreement and has since forfeited (with the express consent of the partnership’s authorized agents) all items of equipment placed in our facility.
Any concerns that the complainant may have about this decision are properly addressed to the general partnership (i.e., our customer) and its authorized agents.
