Haselow's Polar Express Heating and Air Conditioning

As always I had a very positive contact with Polar Express employees. Todd and Dan came to our home to do our fall preseason furnace check. We purchased this furnace from Polar Express last year and have been very pleased with it. They were very thorough and communicated well with my husband and me. They are always very willing to respond to any questions we have and answer the questions thoroughly. They will be returning next week to perform a duct cleaning for us. Had they not asked about it, we would not have thought of raising the issue to have it done. Good business practice I would say. Never disappointed with their work.

I just had my semi annual heating/ac review. As has been the case with every every inspection I have had for the past 3 plus years the service was first class. As a real estate broker in a previous life I have seen many inspections over the years. Todd of Polar Express did a very through inspection, Keep up the great service !!
