According to our vendor for the Hasbro Nerf Perks promotion, [redacted] [redacted] 's account was closed due to fraudulent activity We have reviewed all receipts from Mr [redacted] and found only a few to be valid Bash Ball and Rhinofire will be sent with his remaining valid points as of 2/23/and as outlined in our program, he needs to allow 4-weeks for deliveryMr [redacted] also received a Centurion Blaster which was sent on 3/9/ No additional compensation will be given

This product is Wizards of the Coast, which is a subsidiary of Hasbro Please contact [redacted] directly for a replacement set of cards

I will contact this consumer, personally to resolve
